CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to limited booking time slots, you must call us to confirm your cancellation, and we will issue a cancellation confirmation email. If you cancel your trip more than seven days before, you will have one year to rebook and use the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your trip within 48 hours of your departure, the remaining balance of the trip will be charged to the credit card on file.

We understand that the weather may affect your fishing trip. If the weather looks like it will impact the trip, one of our Captains will call you 1-3 days before your fishing trip to discuss options. Last-minute cancellations are detrimental to the operation of a seasonal fishing charter, and we will try our hardest to work through any problems to reschedule your excursion. If we cancel due to weather, boat breakdowns, or unforeseen conditions offshore, then your credit card on file will not be charged. We will try our absolute hardest to reschedule your trip, but the weather is one of the variables we have no control over. We will do our best to find a solution that meets both party’s needs.
